Each station × category has 6 premium slots plus unlimited Basic listings in the expanded “See all” section. Spotlight holds Positions 1–2 (exclusive top placement). Featured holds Positions 3–4 and Priority holds Positions 5–6. Basic listings appear when users click “See all”.
You’ll be waitlisted for Spotlight and offered Featured or Priority instead. When a Spotlight slot opens, we notify waitlisted businesses first (waitlist order). Meanwhile, Featured and Priority still capture strong visibility in the main grid.
Yes — from your dashboard, in one click. Upgrades are prorated (you pay the difference). Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Switching stations is free.
With auto-renew ON (default), we charge 3 days before expiry so your listing never drops off the grid. With it OFF, your listing moves to the Basic tier (name + phone stays live; WhatsApp/enquiry buttons and premium position are removed) until you renew.
Name, address, phone, one photo, hours, and a verified badge (after claim). Basic listings appear in the expanded “See all” section — below all paid tiers. WhatsApp, enquiry form and rich profile features are on paid plans.
Card, UPI, netbanking. Monthly plans charge the same day each month; annual plans charge once a year. A GST invoice is generated after every payment.
Yes on Priority, Featured and Spotlight. 2nd station gets 20% off, 3rd 30% off. The Basic tier is limited to one location per business.
